@EdaKumquat Beothuk Energy apparently was researching wind power here in Western NL back in 2012-13. From what I heard they were committed to putting wind turbines in St. George's Bay. But legislation prevented it.

There are 194 new cases of COVID-19 in NL today, Dec 28: 154 in Eastern Health region; 15 in Central Health region; 12 in Western Health region; 13 in Labrador-Grenfell region. There are 843 active cases. 4,174 tests were completed since yesterday. There are no hospitalizations.
