@nahshongarrett Each state has the right to dictate how it runs its own elections, and context is key here: these states made (lawful) changes in the run up to the election to make voting safer during a global pandemic, so no, I don’t see a problem with that

@nahshongarrett That still places a burden of proof on the plaintiff to show that there are illegal votes. Again, no Federal or State-level court case has shown evidence of illegal votes on the magnitude necessary to change the outcome of the election (or even come close)

@nahshongarrett They are being involved in the process, they are stating in their decisions that the plaintiffs lack the standing and/or evidence to support their cases. That is being involved in the process, even though it doesn’t bring the result you may or may not desire.

@nahshongarrett I do read facts from the other side, and I see Conservatives who believe in upholding our elections and our democracy reach the same conclusion that I, AG Barr, and countless others have, which is that the election was free and fair and has chosen Joe Biden as the president elect
