Pretty good day of trading. Caught a nice short at NY open this morning for $638. Globex/Asia was a little sloppy, but I was able to caught a nice long a few mins ago. 1 winner, 1 B/E and 1 loser for -$100. Need $435 on Thursday to request a $1500 payout on my Lucid Pro 25k!

@Rager @Kalshi Bingo - It's crazy to think that a 250k home like 6 years ago at sub 3% interest costs less than a 1 BR apartment currently. It's a delicate position to be in as a current owner. I've seen coworkers upgrade, but they are married and their incomes have gone up, so I get it

@InvestingAddict For real. I cut out all fast food/delivery 2 months ago and I've lost 15+ lbs just by not eating that slop. And my meal preps range from pot roast to lasagna to jamabalya. I made 12 large servings of Jambalaya for the price of 1 Chipotle burrito bowl delivered by Doordash
