@mkhammer There’s a different version of this in the rust belt. My town Erie, PA is as 50/50 as it gets and it’s part of our fabric. A different vibe than a college town. Manufacturing, churches, refugees, hunters, etc. There’s a reason every news outlet is here 2 days before an election

I don’t think that’s “tension”. Once everything is agreed upon a closing happens as fast as the parties agree. What do you mean?
@jt_kerwin@JeremiahDJohns This doesn’t make sense because once you’re on the path to closing you’ve already established a price. Agents don’t “choose” a home for a buyer and markets a highly competitive. Buyers see value in agents getting them the home they want.

@kylematthewsceo When they made those prior cuts there was no indication of massive tariffs coming. Tariffs are by nature inflationary and lowering rates is not the solution to inflation. Powell has said this.
@JackDuffin What happens if Watson’s agent claims he’s healthy at some point in 2025 and he says he wants to compete? Can Browns keep him on PUP all year no matter what? I assume he’s taking a roster spot in 2026 no matter what but hoping not at any point this season
@JaredKMueller This is a fair question. If he’s advocating for WSH he’s asking to go to a team that was 4-13 and had the second pick in the draft a year ago and claiming the Browns are too far away. Seems like a contradiction to me that would make me less inclined to try and accommodate him
