@drdrew @SAustinMarriott Happened to me on my wedding night at a Sheraton in Erie, PA. Arrived at the hotel at midnight and was told that the hotel was overbooked. The front desk had to retrieve our luggage that had been dropped off early in the day

@Tesla @Tesla, any chance that you can extend a similar courtesy when parts are delayed for a repair from a collision? Over 30 days and my Tesla certified repair shop is still waiting for ETAs. My insurance only covers 45 day of a rental. Love the car by the way!
