Hello @HywelDdaHB my elderly father is trying to book hospital transport & has tried on 3 occasions to do so. Msg he gets is "we are currently experiencing a high demand for service, please consider phoning back later or different day" Each time he's held for 10mins no reply (1)

Emergency back up plan, is for me to drive from London to Fathers house, take him myself to Glangwili & then drop him back home, then I drive back to London, as he can't miss this appointment. Clearly this won't be ideal. Thanks in advance for any advice on phone service (3)

@sophiearumble Yes, certainly adds to the time taken to walk him. We had a hot & cold feed tap put just inside out garage, so we could wash him outside the house before he came it. Silly bugger hates it. A spit of water and he'll roll in it on a walk, try to wash him, he goes stiff as board 🙄
