@ColumbusGov @ColumbusDPS @ODOT_Statewide Maybe you can use this upgrade on the lights at 3rd Ave and Edgehill/Bobcat Rds. Gives protected turns when no cars are present and turns red when no cars are waiting on opposing streets. At 6:15am it’s a bit frustrating.
