@VuelingVA can you tell me how to cancel a flight as you have changed to time to something I cannot make (was originally going out from LGW at 19:30 on 18th December to Alicante but now you have changed flight to 16:25 via Barcelona but I cannot make that time ?

Disappointing customer service from @vueling. I sent a polite complaint regarding paid WiFi that didn’t work on my flight, and not even an acknowledgement or response. Happy to pay for extras when they work, but silence afterwards isn’t acceptable. #CustomerService#Vueling
