@Asst_to_the_RM Definitely a teaching point for the NCO, and an alarm for the initial interaction. If his initial interaction is snarkey and dismissive, it is likely how he treats his subordinates. Doesn't matter the rank, if a PV2 showed up to help a unit setup tents, give them a task & move on

@Tungsten_33 I asked Kelly this today in the blind, and her answer was the same as my immediate thought - the kitchen being organized and free of boxes is always our first focus and when we feel established. To us it is the heart of the home, when we can prepare meals w/o tripping over boxes.

@Tungsten_33 Ma'am, no, my day today was awesome! I got to speak with a dozen amazing officers and help shape future assignments while letting people know that we see them and they matter.

This was more a rememberance of scar-tissue from meetings building requirements for projects.
