It isn’t about the perfect squat.
It isn’t about the perfect macronutrient breakdown.
It’s about sustainable lifestyle changes that allow someone to live a healthier and happier life.
@JGreenwoodNFTV The thing is with football, we are thickle. A game we have the advantage of, but not the result. Complacent? Tactical? Individual? Many things play the role, but a team wins, and loses all together.
One hot day doesn't make summer. Yet we are quick to criticise those who have brought joy to the region. The fans are as responsible as the owners down.
‘Sport science runs the risk of being irrelevant to coaches,

You hear...
Fat is the problem…so people stop eating fat.
Carbs are the problem…so people stop eating carbs.
Foods that aren’t meat are the problem…so people only eat meat.
Here is the truth
Too many calories, no matter where they are from, is the problem.
FYI…
Any calories that aren’t burned, no matter if they come from starches, protein, sugars, or fats, will end up as extra tissue in your body.

Start blaming overconsumption.
Speed Training Pro Tip
Most field sport athletes hit top speed around 30 yards and maintain it until about 40 yards
After that they decelerate
Keep you sprint reps under 40 yards
20-30 yards is the sweet spot for me
