#ATTwitter Can anyone direct me to any quality human studies that investigate the Guardian Cap? My cursory searches aren’t yielding much.

@Lauren_HoytATC @WomackZac @mnhopper1s Many also learn about their own identities, interests, etc. beyond their jobs. Crap free time/leave doesn’t support this.

When does all of this typically occur? Early adulthood. Generally the same time as the 5-7 year post-cert time frame.

Our society/culture expects young parents (especially mothers) to carry the burden of child rearing without support (crappy parental leave, expensive child care…)
