@Hertz I used to use you several times a week pre-pandemic. Now I'm back and you've fallen far. You always provided the most frustrating customer experience - it is clearly designed to make it impossible to talk to a live person, but now you charge me when I really need to?

@Hertz if you are going to charge 5% of rental cost just to talk to a live person, you should make your app usable, enable customers to actually make changes to reservations, and chat with customer service via text.
