Citizen journalist Nick Shirley is proving to be worth his weight in gold when it comes to exposing the truth about people in power.

His latest investigation led him down the road of a 10-year-old grant from USAID to Malia Obama that "fact-checkers" said was "misinformation."

"The only misinformation was the system and the media trying to cover for her," said Shirley on his podcast, "Public records from FOIA don't lie."

Shirley says he plans to present his evidence to both the FBI and his congressman, Jim Jordan.

"Taxpayers deserve answers."

Kotek's board planning a state-run healthcare system and massive tax increases is now trying to run damage control for the governor. Here's what's changed:
👀 They're now claiming the new 15.9% personal state income tax would be 12%. Btw, show me a realistic financial model that makes this possible. Theirs assumes no usage increase, no taxpayers leaving the state, and no jobless flooding in.

Turns out the 1981 "Vote by Mail" violates the Oregon Constitution. Unmanned Drop-boxes are NOT"Vote by Mail". The unconstitutional creep begun in 1981 appears to have never been challenged in court. People obeying laws that are unconstitutional.

Every election more and more unconstitutional including in 2024 Multnomah County Elections took drop-box ballots to a secret location first before delivering them to the elections office and refused for us observers to go there to observe.

I asked director Tim Scott to put cameras at the drop-boxes. He refused. I asked Tim to put on the audio so we could "hear" how "signature verification" and "Adjudication" decisions are made. Tim refused.

I asked to take the signature verification and adjudication training given to election workers. Both, Tim Scott and @ORSecretaryRead are silent on that after Tim first emailing me he was looking into it.

I asked Tim and Tobias both to mail the Voter Pamphlet to all voters as required by law. Tobias just got $1.25 million and both are refusing for every voter in Multnomah County to get a voter pamphlet. Every election as many as 229,000 do not get one.

Candidates and measure campaigns pay money to be in the voter pamphlet believing it goes to all voters. IT DOES NOT!

I've repeatedly asked for the list of IT personnel involved in our elections. Tobias has not released the public record to me; it's now been months. Steve Trout on leaving in 2020 specially cited concerns with the "IT Security personnel".

Now ballots are opened as they arrive before election day. There are no 24-hour election observers who can stay for over 30 days, day and night to "observe".

The circumstantial evidence has piled up.

Why did it get to this? Public school indoctrination taught us to obey all authority without questioning.

The Constitution gets undermined with a "state" law (ORS) that gets undermined with "regulations" (OAR) that gets undermined with "policy" that gets undermined with "well, that's my decision".

Follow the Oregon Constitution. In-person, in-precinct voting where the voter resides.

Which beats people getting in their cars driving to drop-boxes and waiting in line there. THAT is not "vote by mail".

The last two in-precinct votings I did was one time the voting place was a block from my home at a school, and the last time was a community center close to my home.

Make the Election Day a Holiday. It ain't rocket science.

Governor Kotek and Democrat leaders broke the law to hide their government-run healthcare takeover until after you vote.
The Universal Health Plan Governance Board was required to release its report on September 15. They didn’t. Kotek and the committee chairs approved the delay anyway. Legislative Counsel says they had no authority to do it.
They buried it because voters would reject it.
What is already known from the draft: • Seniors lose traditional Medicare and get forced into the state system • Your tax dollars pay for full coverage for people here illegally • A new income tax hits AGI, before deductions, so working families pay more
A report that takes away Medicare and raises taxes does not get shelved by accident three weeks before an election. That is a cover-up.
The board just called an emergency meeting for Thursday, October 8. Open the records. Release the plan. Let Oregonians see it before November 3.

Even though ATF says it cannot search its registry by name, its 1.4 billion record database can be filtered by make, model, and weapon type.

This is enough search functionality to generate a door-to-door confiscation list of all disfavored firearms, such as AR-15s.
