You’re refusing to acknowledge the additional 1.3million+ New Starters (according to more accurate statistics available) @ExcludedUK your breakdown is the most basic 600k, ignoring several critical factors (seasonal. span is beyond 1 month?) then HALVED by your own assumptions?!

-Changed jobs
-Started biz in last 18mths+
-Been freelance
-Ltd co directors
-Worked for agency
-Had employer who didn't care

The latest figures show the government's spent more than £27 billion pounds on the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme and the Self Employed Income Support Scheme. @hmtreasury It's still not clear why the 2-3 million people excluded from support are not equally deserving of help.

Hasn’t been a lifeline for the 1.5 million plus workers left out of all the schemes, due to a date loophole
Left with nothing, left to suffer, left veering towards poverty for so many and left so flipping frustrated that no-one will help them.

#newstarterfurlough #newstarterjustice have been asking since April why the changes were suddenly corrected for TUPE’d employees, citing this family relationship then. It is wrong & an abuse of @RishiSunak position when he wont afford the same grace to all taxpayers. @MelJStride

#newstarterjustice denied the same support given, that uses methods of proving Employee legitimacy that New Starters would meet nearly every time. @RishiSunak your defence is officially nil beyond your own personal refusal, one that is destroying the homes of 1.6m+ taxpayers.

This is the worst thing for us. We went from being told that no one would be left behind, to being told that not every job could be saved. Don’t know if you’ve seen our latest statistics report, but it’s appalling how much individuals are being affected, financially and mentally.

#borisjohnsonmustgo and tell @RishiSunak that it is vital that he amends the CJRS furlough scheme to include the 1.6m+ new start Employees who have been abandoned with nothing for changing jobs before lockdown. It’s forcing 100,000’s into unemployment. #newstarterjustice
