@CarsEnterprise I had a rental car as a result of an insurance claim for a week or so. The insurance claim was set up to pay for it, but I still have a $397.18 charge on my credit card. Bank told me follow up with you. I got on chat, and the rep told me follow up with my bank.

@AskPayPal I'm not having difficulty. I'm just not loading money into the account to pay my debit charges. Moving 23 subscriptions to a different card, because Paypal will not back my charges with my on-file bank account.

@AskUSBank I got a ReliaCard in the mail. I am not, nor have I been in the last 30 years, unemployed. I called the number on the paperwork, and was transferred no less than 4 times to "the right department" and nobody can seem to help me.
