You cannot play the ball with your arms so any foul with your arms is deemed as no attempt to play the ball. This meets all the requirements for a red card and the ref (and VAR) have no other option

@UPS_UK I am a business customer with a parcel in your network. In the last week I have called you three times, and have been lied to, and the instructions I have given are ignored. On top of that, I am being given information that is incorrect.

I'm also told I'm unable to raise a complaint. The parcel I have with you, I am unable to change the delivery address as it's a direct delivery, I am unable to request it be sent back to me, and every time I call I'm told to wait 24hrs for someone to contact me which no one does
