Reform are not advocating an insurance based system but that’s basically what we have in this country already as many are forced to pay for health insurance or go private in order to be seen. The UK system is a joke in its current form.

U.K. Failing economy, record crime levels, broken public services 

In the U.K. tax is the penalty you pay for being productive

In Dubai you are REWARDED & encouraged to be productive
