@Mr_TJClean Defendant was accused of another VPO but that charges was dismissed entirely. Judge made finding of not true of violating the probation but said the ELM from bond conditions stay on for 6 more months. That's odd... I'm going to look into this judges patterns of judgements...

@Mr_TJClean Deal for a deferred adjudication. Prosecutors usually only offer that when they have a really weak case. Court deferred the plea and the charges. So those charges will be dismissed after that. Timeline supports wife is attempting to abuse the CJS to gain in the Family courts...

@ninanovaxoxo I don't practice law in TX, but from what I can surmise from his post, is that the charges were deferred, and not convictions. Its pretty easy to catch charges. It's a LOT harder to be convicted. Also, was it another creator that accused him? Or is this a domestic issue? Big diff
