US Army Secretary Driscoll: 10-12 weeks ago I was in Germany on training with Ukrainians and I asked them, "Do you all have trouble syncing your sensors?"

The look that they gave me was like 13-year-old looking at their 85-year-old great-grandparent who can't zoom in on a phone.

And basically Ukrainians were like, "No sir, as long as it moves data through a wire and can access the network, we can hook anything."

We often invite Ukrainians to be our 'red team' or our enemy in training because they're really talented and we learn a lot from them.

So, what happened is, the day before, I was in one of the other Eastern European countries talking to President and Minister of defense.

They had just gotten this new counter-drone technology and interceptor, but one thing wasn’t working.

They were talking about how difficult it was for them to sync this new interceptor with their radars, sensors and command-and-control system.
