Hotel Punto MX assigned us room 508, located right next to the maintenance room. The noise is so loud that sleeping is impossible. We reported the issue to the front desk and asked for a room change.

We ask @Profeco to take action to inspect the hotel so next clients donât have the same experience. We have videos of the sound if needed.
The hotel refuses to take responsibility for the issue and offers no solution. We demand a total refund and an answer from the hotel.

The hotel was aware of the problem but only offered a suite at full price. No compensation, no apology. Worse, they told us to deal with Booking, even though itâs the hotel that assigns the rooms.
