Personal story- In college, one of my then best friends borrowed some money for rent. I told her she could my food budget and I'd charge my CC for food. She never gave me back my money.

They are talking about cutting food stamps and social security. I'd rather our tax dollar go to poor and hungry at home than line Ukrainian officials pockets.
