@BankofAmerica is the worst for small businesses. For YEARS they've snuck in a "monthly fee" hoping I wouldn't notice, only to blame it on some sort of software glitch when I called them out.
Now they're obfuscating with rules that seemingly popped up out of nowhere. Bye, BOA.

So @XfinitySupport@Xfinity is useless. Had to contact them 3 times to cancel cable. Another 3 times to get an internet plan.
Like, I legit have a confirmation email on 5/28 about my new plan w/price & details, and I just had to renegotiate it for the 3rd time in a week. FTW!
@Xfinity chat support is completely incompetent. I've tried twice to cancel cable over the last 2 weeks (and keep internet), & both times my bill has stayed the same. @XfinitySupport or @comcast, how can you run a business this way? No one on your chat is qualified to help.
