@Rams1972 @deirdreheenan That’s still a very low salary. I’ve researched the NHS salary bands, and whilst they may not represent true total earnings, they’re ridiculously low right through the ranks given the amount of hours/training required.

When it comes to links, I like to think "You're only as good your last 30 days". If links are a measure of popularity, and Google is focussing on relevance, isn't it more important to know who's popular now, rather than who was popular in the past? #SEO
