Firstly, it's just awful that these bees are dying. Bees are just so important and honestly interesting little creatures. What kind of species are we if we just accept something like this?

So I had a class to go to this evening. As I was getting ready for the class, something small and buzzy came through the window.

What followed was a few minutes of panic and trying to figure out how to escape. In case it's not obvious, wasps freak me out a bit.

So I couldn't kill it, and I couldn't delay the class enough to relocate.

So I sat there. I joined the class a minute late and spent the next hour on constant guard for that wasp. For the first 20 minutes that wasps buzzed around right in front of me and boy oh boy..
