Back in January I came to terms with my soda problem, particularly Coke Zero. Absolutely addicted to the stuff. So far I haven't had any soda whatsoever in 50 days. Not a super long time just yet, but I'm confident I can kick the habit for good. Change is hard but worth it. ๐
@NotJKLMcClure That's awesome! I was probably drinking anywhere from 6-8 a day.
I'm just now getting to the point where the cravings are starting to disappear. I also crave much less food since I stopped with the pop, another change I'm more than okay with!

This is not the Kentucky basketball that I used to plan my week around. It's no longer something to look forward to. It no longer brings joy or excitement or any sense of escapism at a point in my life where I really need it. This is not Kentucky basketball.
@JessiDee92 Same. Was just thinking about this as I was brushing my teeth. My army of nutcrackers and other decorations are going out full force on November 1st, lol
My mom, my brother, and I have been through so much over the past 15 months. Tragedy, loss, despair, and heartbreaks. For us, there is no going back to the old "normal," and I know many others feel the same way right now. I still remain hopeful that better days are ahead.
