@msrobbo14 @buckingham_j Out of interest -how many parents whose children don’t suit NAPLAN are aware they can withdraw their child? How many of these same parents are informed, sufficiently wealthy or empowered to get additional help and find the alternative learning opportunities you suggest? Curious.

@chriswaddle93 Spot on Wads-it started when Pleaty & Danny Bananas came in ‘96. Club has been led appallingly for 25 yrs. Many other well run (small and medium sized) clubs during that time have been successful. Club may never get back to being top 6 now the chasm is so big. Needs a revolution!

@GNev2 Why is everyone fixated on punishment for the ESL clubs? The whole game is a cartel already. Governing bodies and big clubs are immoral. It simply shifts the money to clubs not UEFA. Anyone who thinks the elite game is about the fans is misinformed.

@Forbes A closed membership for ESL will not work. The concept will be redrawn, inc. some distribution of the wealth generated (palms greased) and it will happen. There is too much money in it for it to disappear. We all know money talks and people with the most money talk the loudest.
