Disparate impact is yet another perverse conception of civil rights that pushes “good” discrimination to supposedly combat bad discrimination.
It’s why I introduced the Restoring Equal Opportunity Act with @RepBrandonGill to ban disparate impact policies that incentivize racial hiring quotas, and why the @TheJusticeDept is right to reject them today.
Due to escalating disruptive protests, I have decided to cancel the remainder of these lectures. This is deeply lamentable, but the disruption has undermined the academic nature of this series. Students shouldn't face bullying or harassment when attending academic events.
I would suggest that it is indicative of how she is doing her job, as reflected in the events and debates the Union puts on, the speakers hosted (and not hosted) on this issue, and the broader culture of the place. Regarding the Union's broader culture, see here: https://t.co/b8HDgOvvv8
Henry Nowak died the same way a civilization dies: abandoned, handcuffed by authorities who neither trusted nor cared for him, and accused of hate crimes he did not commit. His murder is as tragic as it is enraging. He should still be alive today, and he would be if the last few generations of European elites had stood their ground against the politics of self-hatred and the mass invasion of migrants, many of whom despise the West and the people who love it.
Henry was far from the first to so needlessly lose his life, and I fear he won’t be the last. Each time a life like his is lost, the proper response—the only response—is righteous anger. One of the most important things the Trump administration has proven to the world is that stopping the flow of mass migration and defending national sovereignty is a matter of political will and leadership. Anything else is an excuse.
It is because we love the West that we want to preserve it. We love our civilization. We love our country. We love our children. And nobody—nobody—should ever die the way that Henry Nowak died. May God comfort those who loved him, and may God rest his soul.
Ideological conditioning and two-tiered policing are glaring symptoms of civilizational decline. They must be rejected across the West.
The United States sends our condolences to the family of Henry Nowak and the people of the United Kingdom at this troubling time.
EXCLUSIVE: Honduran drug gangs have taken over the streets of San Francisco. We spent three nights documenting "the Hondos," who have cornered the market for fentanyl and meth—and who will slash you with a machete if you oppose them.

The most arresting aspect of the body cam footage is the realization that Henry Nowak actually was who the Left tried to make George Floyd out to be. They uttered the same dying words. The phenomenon was real, but the details were precisely inverted.
Henry Nowak was a white boy, that’s why he was disbelieved.
Young white men look at his murder and are repelled not just by the awful violence, but by knowing it could have been them lying on the ground, drowning in their own blood, with the police standing over them mockingly disbelieving their pleas that *they* were the victim - because how could a young white man possibly be the victim?
This is the society that treated Adolescence as a documentary, in which government information campaigns on everything from sexual harassment to tax dodging only ever depict one demographic as the guilty party.
There must now, finally, be a reckoning for officialdom.
This is a thousand times worse than George Floyd. They put an innocent man in cuffs and left him to bleed to death on the ground because he’s white. Unconscionable. Outrageous.
Could you imagine any white man having stabbed someone of another race saying anything at all to the police, which then leads to the police handcuffing the person stabbed rather than the criminal?
You can’t, but precisely the inverse happened. And it happened because we have built a perverse system of racial hierarchy over the last three decades.
In the pursuit of stamping out de facto racism, we have created equal and opposite de jure racism.
He tries again: "I've been stabbed"
Someone, I presume, the murderer, cuts in: "He hasn't been stabbed"
"I know, but we have to check" says the clipboard-voiced woman officer
The kneejerk "I know" is so telling. Her instinct is just to agree the dying boy on the ground is lying
