@doorstead and now I find out that the thing I’ve been waiting months to receive was installed incorrectly. And honestly, it felt purposeful. Whoever installed it must’ve known the issue was there as it would’ve actually fit in place otherwise.

@doorstead now today I finally get THE FIRST “Fix” on my apartment, and this is what I received? Not only was it not installed correctly, but it leaves and even bigger opening into my apartment, which was the entire reason for me getting them fixed in the first place.
