I wanted to say this.

For the NIKKE 2X2 Love Event, I think one of the most unexpected yet pleasant surprises was Amy. 📷

Honestly, I didn’t care for her at first, but as I started to get to know her across the different story routes,

I really came to appreciate her to the point of finding her quite endearing.

Her smile warms my heart, ❤️
Her flustered face makes me laugh, 🤭
And her tearful face is heartbreaking 💔 and makes me want to cheer her up. 🫂

I don’t know when exactly it happened, but at some point I ended up wanting the best possible outcome for Amy 📷 just as I had for the two main heroines.

I didn’t care for her originally. I already said this. However, I was made to care. Someway, Somehow.

Her earnest, caring, and innocent nature won me over.

So with all that said, I really hope ShiftUp gives Amy 📷 her own event in the future as well as makes her recruitable.

It would be a terrible shame if such an earnest and endearing girl were stuck in NPC prison with the likes of Liveryn.

I think there are times though where he makes up his mind and doesn’t budge on it, regardless of what evidence a person provides.

Also, I disagree on the latter point. My issue with Asmongold is that he tends to try to speak with authority on things he doesn’t necessarily understand. At least from my observations of him.

Also, if there is a feminist Girlboss companion, then it’s natural they’d put a male villain in. Feminist power fantasy doesn’t hit the same if the main villain is a woman.

I actually didn’t know he believed that in regard to playing opposite sex characters in games. Interesting.

I guess by his logic, if you play as an Orc in a game, it must mean you want to be an Orc irl too.

Regardless, his way of thinking almost sounds like hubris. “Because I think like this, naturally everyone else must think like this too.” That sense of self importance will create the blind spot you mentioned.

I could see your point in the second paragraph. You are allowed to have your own opinion. HOWEVER, that street goes both ways, since people are fully within their right to roast you if they disagree with said opinion.

For your third paragraph; there’s nothing wrong with simping for a character you like. I believe you do this too whenever you glaze a traditional looking female character.

And your fourth mini paragraph is nonsense. Emerald isn’t an SJW. He advocates against that side quite a bit.

Honestly Jon, most people without an agenda really love Evie so far. You’re not endearing yourself to the vast majority of gamers with this take. My advice is that you should jump off this sinking ship before you fully go down with it.

I can understand bans if the person is making circular arguments that aren’t going anywhere, or if the person is being outright hostile.

However, to do it to solely to save face because he’s proven wrong is cowardly.

Sadly, from what I’ve seen, Asmongold likes to act like he knows everything. So when he’s blatantly called out on something, he gets defensive. Especially when logic is against him, since deep down I think it’s possible he realizes his own mistake.

Thats just my observation though from watching him for a little while.
