Exciting times ahead! I’ve decided to step out of my comfort zone and have a crack at competing for the first time in Season C @iffbbproleagueoz

The guru @crabtreeperformance will be taking on the challenge of getting this physique to look the best it can. Im really keen to learn from someone that’s very knowledgeable and respected in this space and to find out what it takes to get up on stage.
First time posing, definitely humbled me 😅 need more muscle.

I feel that I’m in a good position to give this a go, Ive been training for 17 years, I’ve been in the fitness industry for 14 years training clients in different gyms face to face, last 5 years has just been online clients. I’ve only really focused seriously on bodybuilding the last 7 years. I’ve always loved to train and the process is takes to see your body change, it’s something that the harder you work and better you apply yourself the more you are rewarded which I love.

I have some other news that I’m hopefully able to announce very soon that’s in line with my passion for health & fitness, if you know me I’m a very passionate person and genuinely love to help people with their goals. Can’t wait to share it all! Let’s go 💪🏻🔥
