@TheRickyDavila It was a business trip. The Dodgers owner is / was under a federal probe for financial improprieties. I’m guessing that goes away now after this visit to stroke dear leader’s ego (the gifted ring with his name on it was the cherry on top).
@cmflynn75@Trav_Sol@katsuxbt It’d be tight but doable. Gonna have to cut back on the daily lattes and pack a few lunches but if you budget yourself right you’ll probably make it through retirement. 🤷♂️
@CalebPongratz10 Disclaimer: I’m ignorant to how commitments / contracts / recruitments to national teams work, but wouldn’t Balogun be recruited by England when Kane moves on? Can we really expect to see him on the US side in 2030?
@loz_field@atrupar You’re missing the point. Just because our liar in chief claims he asked for review doesn’t mean there was actual interference. Unless ‘interference’ can be proven, this is a nothing burger like everything else he tries to take credit for. It’s not difficult to understand.
@9_Hendo@RKING90210@derekclarksport Yes Belgium is so altruistic they are taking a stand for the good of all of football not because they don’t want to face a talented striker on a hot streak. Do you hear how ridiculous that sounds?
If this was Weah instead of Balogun they wouldn’t care at all.
@loz_field@atrupar So a chronic liar (how many times has he said he ‘won’ Iran war?), who thinks the world revolves around him, claims he asked for a review and you jump right to ‘government interference - kick them out’? Come on now. That take is weaker than the red card that started all this.
@toneyq73 It should never have been a red. Balogun deserves to play and the US deserves to have him. Belgium refusing to play would be ridiculous and also funny. Also, fahk that orange pdf grifter for trying to make this about him and trying to take credit for any of it.
@Luis_aa_Barros@TheBigChamby@henrywinter It wasn’t even deemed a foul let alone a yellow by the ref in real time but yeah there’s a still angle that makes an unintentional step in a non-challenge situation look bad so it’s clearly an irrefutable red. GTFOH with that.
The fact that Thomas Massie is fighting for his political life in a Republican primary because he wants pedophiles to face justice is not a good look for the Republican party.
