@UbisoftSupport I just need to reset my password. Why would I have to wait for the case to be solved. It’s been 24 hours
@UbisoftSupport my email is working fine but I have not received my verification email yet. Plus I can’t reset my password because Ubisoft won’t send me an email. I need help please. No one replied to my last tweet or my support case online
@UbisoftSupport @UbisoftSupport I never received the verification email and even when I try to reset password, the email never arrives. I filed a support case and that confirmation email came through. But nothing arrives when I try to resend verification email
