@JennaMaghie I agree fully on maternity leave. People are frustrated because Stormont has not fulfilled it's job spec yet reps still sit with jobs. People are sacked for less. We, the employer, are helpless. This is not about an individual and people should not be rude. But come on.

The women from west Belfast made it clear the current state of affairs won't last. It's crumbling. Women from all communities are making sure of that.

Because these are ‘special men’. The ones who say they are women. These, you allow to threaten and abuse women. You don’t merely ‘excuse’ them. You celebrate them. Why?

@SVPhillimore Oh I agree Sarah. I am on my way to a conference where the address has only been given to attendees. In 2023 here in Belfast the police had to kettle the crowd of men, and some sad women, who were VERY aggressive.
