@dwancherry Have you considered going Airbnb? You can set it so you have to approve stays. It allows you to read their reviews, etc before accepting their request. In ten nights you'd have a month's rent. I went this way a few years ago and haven't looked back.

This morning, she found her fridge washed up on shore. Still in her fridge was a box of White Claw Seltzers.
