@moorehn Fair. I only have a core group of four, plus a couple of randos who come and eat for a spell and then move on. Also, I wash everyone's plates every night, and that would be difficult with more than six or so. I think the most I've had is seven.

@moorehn All my feral cars have their own plates and their own feeding positions. It mostly cuts down on the competition. After they've all eaten their fill they'll wander and graze at the ither bowls, and sometimes the faster eaters get pushy, but generally they all get their fair share.

@JoyceCarolOates Trapping and fixng them is not as traumatic as we might imagine. I was terribly worried the first time I did it. But she's still coming around, over two years later, and all the other cats were unphased by her temporary absence from the yard. They still come around too.
