"The remarks by Turkey's Foreign Minister are a clear call for genocide. The Jewish people know all too well what happens when such words are allowed to go unanswered. The first step on the road to genocide is dehumanization."
Israel's Minister of Foreign Affairs, @gidonsaar, in joint remarks with Rwanda's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, @onduhungirehe
Netanyahu on Turkey's President Erdogan:
A man who openly calls for the destruction of Israel, the takeover of Cyprus, threatens Greece, and wants to invade Jerusalem and rule it. The Muslim Brotherhood holds a regime - I don't think they deserve F-35s. This is a threat to the regional balance and to our security.
The president has admitted his familyโs investments are all based on insider trading. I am sick of self-described America First screwing over Americans. This comes at a time when AF is cheering Qatari investment in the American education system & sponsoring anti-West terrorists.
The sale of our F-35s and jet engines to Turkeyโs Islamist madman Erdogan is a very bad idea and Congress does have a role in this. I donโt believe theyโve even held a hearing.
@howardbasker@GordoCDA Exactly. Even if everything we see is part of some elaborate scheme (which I doubt at this point), it's insanely unethical and IMO unsupportable.
@GordoCDA And the Turkey bit - also part of the 5D? 'Definitively' requires a degree of certainty I don't currently possess. However, in aggregate his actions are confusing to say the least.
The prospect of open conflict between Turkey and Israel seems far-fetched. But recent years have shown that wars once deemed unthinkable are possible https://t.co/AMFItQEl2z
๐จ BREAKING | Gulf States Voice Growing Concerns Over the U.S.-Iran Deal
โข According to my sources, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates are expressing sharp criticism of U.S. policy behind closed doors.
โข They believe Washington is neglecting its Gulf allies, ignoring their concerns and failing to respect their security interests.
โข According to my sources, these states oppose the emerging agreement with Iran and warn that the United States is creating a โmonsterโ that will eventually become impossible to control.
โข They fear that, in the end, the Gulf states themselves will pay the price, and some are even concerned that Iran could one day seek to dominate or directly threaten them.
@DanBurmawy When the mid-2025 60k number was given by the Hamas-run MOH, they didn't anticipate that it would confirm the 1:1 combatant-to-civilan death ratio.
- 20k natural/accidental/criminal deaths (using pre-war trends)
- 20k Hamas deaths (IDF)
- 20k Civilians killed (60 minus 40)
The U.S. should restore the blockade against Iranian oil in the Strait, and use military force to allow Gulf Arab oil to come out.

@NafYochanan@Mr_Andrew_Fox NATO massively benefits US, it's an imperial tool. Iraq/Afghanistan were actually moderate successes by actual main objectives. Private citizen Netanyahu spoke to Congress in Sept 2002 in favor (he was correct), by invasion was Finance Min - and US debt is a feature, not a bug :)
If the current trajectory holds, 2026 midterms see both houses of the US Congress flip to the Democrats. Also, 2028 and 2032 - bye bye. By summer 2028, MAGA will have went supernova, shattering the GOP. A good parallel is the 1860 Dem National Convention, and subsequent collapse.
All these deals Trump is making to enrich his friends and family, they will be eventually investigated. Those who could have protected him on that will no longer do since he's lost them too. Would be embarrassing for him, although I doubt the word means anything to him. But will also be embarrassing for the other parties who made those deals with him. Wait for it. It's a Pandora's box.
