They will keep telling u to msg them if u do that, they won't reply or do anything.. I have been on this issue for weeks now.. they later directed me to the office, those ones just looked at me straight and said nothing can be done. Like my money is gone , just like that

@AirtelNigeria I'm currently at Airtel office, Oando F/S, Opposite Tejuosho Ultra Modern Market, Yaba.. the customer care is telling me ntn can be done after my payment for router has been validated and router hasn't been delivered for weeks.. Useless network
