@dkhos @Uber @Uber_Support I am unable to book trips because of inability to clear outstanding payment. I have tried every payment method possible but its not accepting saying no outstanding payment. Support is saying payment methods are blocked. Uber Support sucks!!

#airasia I had book a flight in March 2020 which was cancelled due to the lockdown. The flight was booked through HappyEasygo. Since then we have unable to either get a refund of our money or book another flight. Shame on you #airasia. Is that how you keep the airline running???

#airasia Everytime I call customer care, they have no history of previous conversation. One agent takes request to reschedule a flight but I never get the tickets. Next time I call they say they are processing a refund. But I dont get the refund
