Magnolia and TCW are the two largest holders, both on the board. Then it's more passives. Dec 10th they announced a $7M repurchase.

The $OMCC vol has been strange. Since Dec 23, ~30% of total shares have turned over with the stock going from $5 to ~$3. This was the old $NICK, which sold the core and then invested into broadband Amplex Electric (they hold just over 60%)
