CNN: “They’re just chanting death to America, but they seem friendly at the same time”
They chant “Death to America” and smile while they do it. That is not a contradiction. It is the method: hostility packaged as harmlessness so Western audiences will treat the message as theater and the messenger as misunderstood.
@EasternRailway Hello Mam. Kindly instruct the authorities at howrah railway station to Crack down on the milk vendors illegally travelling in the passenger bodies with their milk containers. They block the entrances and cause massive inconvenience to commuters. Thanks
Such horrible crime by the woman and only a small 4th page news. Imagine the outrage.. had it been a man killing his daughter or son in the same circumstances.
@Restitutor29425@shilpa_cn Agreed they know many things better. But neighter they know everything nor their millenial parents are ignorant about everything. Dependency of adult GenZ on parents for financial help due to income expenditure shortfall is also common and a serious cause of concern.
A mother from Noida is crying out for justice. Her world — her daughter Tanishka Sharma — died mysteriously at Presidium School.
18 days have passed, but the school administration remains silent.

The cost of living goes up
Doctors' salaries remain the same
Doctors start doing locums & extra work to cover costs.
At some point, they realize it is affecting their mental health & family life.
They find a job in a country where normal pay is enough to live & move.
Fourth edition of my first book-in less than a decade since I started my medical writing. Unbelievable as it sounds.A very special gratitude goes out to all my teachers and students for having ignited the passion of teaching and writing in me.This is from all of me to all of you.
A near death experience:
A 44 year old NRI from the USA visited India to get the treatment for his teeth. He had a somewhat complex problem with his teeth, which included lot of implants, infection and surgery. He had diabetes.
He and his wife never expected that death can lurk at unforeseen alleys in the road of life.
While coming out from the anaesthesia, the patient had a severe pulmonary edema (fluid in his lungs). He was put on the ventilator, and diagnosed to have a weak heart. The doctors who intubated him told his wife that he needed a miracle to come out alive.
He was shifted to Pulse heart this Monday night.
He was critical indeed: His BP was low (called cardiogenic shock) and he needed very high doses of BP increasing medicines.
His WBC count was 27,000 (indicating severe infection). His heart was very weak. His kidneys were failing. We were not sure of his brain status.
Over the next 24 hours, we found that his heart muscle was getting damaged, did an angiogram, found critical blocks and put a stent to rectify the same. We treated the infection, stabilised the kidneys, and controlled the sugars.
His heart function improved dramatically post stenting, we could reduce the BP maintaining medicines, we removed the ventilator on Wednesday, made him walk on Thursday and discharged him today.
Looking back, the recovery of the patient was really miraculous. When the patient’s wife touched my feet after the discharge, I was very uncomfortable. In fact, I was embarrassed.
Sometimes, factors bigger than ourselves will be at play in the recovery of a patient. It feels wrong taking credit for those factors.
But it still feels good. It reinforces the joy of practising medicine.
This is not a humble brag. We have to understand “Nimitta matrata”

We lost 2 young doctors in one day because of Suicide 🙏
1) 14 weeks Pregnant Obgy Resident at GMC, Bhopal
2) 1st Year Medicine Resident at KEM, Mumbai
Something is really serious in this system and we as fraternity should look into this.
I can't imagine situation of family of these young doctors. May god give strength to family 🙏

Mind was Blown When My CA Told me about the Kind of Deductions & Tax Saving Opportunities Self Employed People Get
While High Earning Salaried Employees End Up Paying upto 35% Income Tax on their Salary
Hiring a Good CA is Actually an Investment
✈️ @IndiGo6E 🙏🏼 Rules are fine, but please have some exceptions.
An #Indian Army Jawan 🇮🇳 travelled to Gauhati via Kolkata from Nagpur by #Indigo flight 6E812 this morning. His checked in luggage was 4 kg more than permitted, while in hand baggage he just had his meal box, which means certainly less than 5 kg.
The Indigo ground staff at #Nagpur demanded ₹2200 charges for extra luggage, this Jawan pleaded that he has just ₹1000 that he'll require for travelling to his post from Guahati by bus & other expenses.
My friend CA Raju Sharma who happened to be at the Airport joined the Jawan in requesting Indigo staff to consider his situation as he doesn't have cabin baggage. They didn't allow him to take 4 kg luggage from main baggage in hand as staff said this will delay the flight. When Mr Sharma repeatedly requested staff to consider Jawan's genuine situation, the staff replied, "if you are so concerned, why don't you pay for him?".
Proud of CA Shri Raju Sharma 🫡 who paid from his pocket this charge of ₹2200 so that the Jawan boarded his flight.
Team Indigo - the purpose of this post is not for any action on Nagpur staff, but to have some policies considering such situations.
Every time a Jawan in such a situation may not find Raju Sharma to help.
