Mavericks Volleyball

A Developmental Volleyball Program for players aged 8-18 in Hamilton. Fall/Winter program now underway.

Man, the mental aspect of the game is so important. I feel that it’s even harder to manage it since the pandemic - especially the 13-15 yr olds. Do you agree, or no? #Coaching #volleyball

[Mavericks Volleyball @Mavericks_VB]

@Baghurst Houston cheating wrecked it for me. Kind of stopped watching after that. If my team was in it I would have followed the series more but not really interested when cheaters make it to the final - yes I know they weren’t in it, but like I said I lost interest because of Houston.

@22fan4ever Unless he was told to wreck the splitter if he won. It would not the first time something like that had happened 😉

@WatchMyReview @JasonCl13660642 @Sid_Seixeiro @DaveyUpper And yet, they still didn’t win the Cup. Stats mean nothing when it comes to the playoffs, unless you are looking at the win column and that is where the Leafs have been failing for 53 yrs now. Prove me wrong.

[Mavericks Volleyball @Mavericks_VB]

Thanks Coach!! I agree, it was a good feeling being back on the court today!!

[🏀🏆Coach Butler @s_butler2015]

Whether it’s in-person or virtually, a message of thanks goes a long way. Take a moment to say #ThanksCoach to a coach who has been there for you.

[Mavericks Volleyball @Mavericks_VB]

People never see the hard work players put in outside the game, they just see what happens in the game without realizing just how much players put in during practice and on their own time to compete at the level they do.

Footwork Friday!! My team was supposed to be playing in Colorado Crossroads right now, but we had to pull out last minute😭doesn’t mean the work stops
