The insurance says they need the beam screenshot from CellC and CellC says they can't send screenshot. It's really tiring shame. We've been calling them with this issue.

Service from @CellC and it's insurance company is very poor. My sister lost her phone on the second of this month and she's been contacting CellC for the claim but theres no luck, mind u she resides at Mthatha and all @CellC @CellC_Support branches are closed.

I have downloaded dstv now app. It only shows 6 channels even if I click on all channels tab though I am on the compact package. Still showing only 6 channels. I have logged in and out, install and reinstalled the app again and again, tried different password. no luck @DStvCare
