So it’s confirmed that Zama Zamas are fighting for territory in South Africa and the tavern killings are all part of it!!! Guys how do you sleep peacefully knowing our country is in such a mess and one day these terrorists from all over who have so many guns can use them to kill more people??? Our country has bandits and terrorists while some of you sit on social media to talk rubbish everyday ??😭😭😭💔
The more you heal, the less you tolerate.
Not because you’ve become difficult.
Not because you think you’re better than anyone.
But because you finally understand the value of your peace.
You respect your boundaries differently now. You stop making excuses for people who know better, and you become intentional about acknowledging and loving the people who respect the person you’ve worked so hard to become.
You understand that protecting your happiness isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.
You also learn that maturity requires communication. When there’s a misunderstanding or difference, you speak on it, clear the air, and move forward. No one is perfect. We’re all learning, growing, and trying to navigate this thing called life.
But healing also teaches you what you’re no longer willing to participate in.
You don’t play games.
You don’t do tit for tat.
You don’t intentionally create confusion or send mixed messages.
You don’t move from ego when a simple conversation could bring clarity.
You’ve grown too much for that.
And one of the biggest lessons? Pay attention to whether people respect your boundaries when you’re NOT in the room, not just when you are.
Healing doesn’t make you cold.
It makes you clear.
Protect your peace. Communicate with maturity. Love people genuinely. And make sure the people around you respect the version of yourself you fought so hard to become.
Have a beautiful week.
🤍 Jess

A suspect wearing a blue-and-white T-shirt allegedly approaches victims pretending to know them, distracts and hugs them while pickpocketing their cellphone before handing it to an accomplice wearing a yellow cap.
The suspects then flee, with victims often only realising their phones are missing afterwards.
