@DavidNdii It is much cheaper to Disalinate Lake Turkana water than Lotikipi aquifer. Why can't the GoK start with L. Victoria water which is a fresh water lake to serve Nyanza? Lotikipi is too saline even Camels cannot drink. There are better aquifers which are less saline then Lotikipi
