2025 was my first full calendar year in business
We sold over $10M in info, coaching, consulting, and agency services for the accounts we work with
In 2026 we should clear at least 2.5X that
All with super simple systems, processes, and proper management
Have a ton to learn still - the more time goes on the bigger the knowledge gap feels lol
But it goes to show that doing the basics consistently is all you need
Excited to see how the next 12 months unfold
Will of course continue to document the process ⚔️
After being Head of Sales for a recruiting company
Managing multiple sales teams
Running my own sales agency…
I’ve hired 100s of sales reps over the last couple years
I made a full breakdown of best practices when hiring reps
Comment “SETTER” and I’ll send it over
(Must be following so I can DM you)
A couple things to keep in mind before you look to outsource sales
1. Are you looking for DFY sales or DFY sales ops
Are they just sourcing + training reps or are they taking full operational + revenue ownership
2. How involved will they be on the client acq side
They don’t need to run all your ads and build all your funnels, but how involved and invested will they be with marketing
3. What does their integration process look like stepping into your business
Are they auditing your data, process, and systems at all or are they just taking over where you left off
4. How are they going to be reporting to you
Are they making sure data stays clean and giving you full transparency and viability into what’s happening
Something I don’t hear people talk about much, but imo super important
The funnel you run heavily relies on the skill of your sales team
(Don’t try to run super cold funnels if you have a team of cashiers used to organic, warm lay ups)
Stop hiring sales reps
UNTIL you have a proven, documented process you can plug them into
Too many founders are told they need to hire sales people
But they’re not told to create a transferable process that allows them to do so successfully

I broke down the exact infrastructure we use to scale our clients without spending an extra dollar on ads
Everything is inside one Miro board + an 80 minute walkthrough:
👉 Acquisition systems
👉 Backend engine
👉 Sales team + KPIs
👉 Delivery + retention + upsell systems
👉 Automations, tech, SOPs, hiring… everything A–Z
If you want the full infrastructure we plug into our clients’ businesses…
Reply “INFRA” and I’ll DM you the full breakdown (must be following so I can send)
Wild to me seeing how much time and money businesses spend optimizing their ads, opt in page, booking page, etc
But they don't know (or sometimes even track) their sales metrics
Bleeding cash voluntarily
So many people get stuck in thinking the answer to scaling is just more leads / calls
No one wants to solve the hairy problem and build an infrastructure that:
- Maximizes how much of their current leadflow they convert
- Handles + continues to convert the added volume
Started on YouTube a month ago
4 videos, 27 subs & under 500 views
First call booked said he watched 1 video and was decided on working with me
Cracked for 15k
@theaymanarab pretty good at this YouTube stuff
But this lead had been binging videos and said he’s never seen anyone do what I do and have such dialed systems/processes
Mentioned some big names too
Good ego stroke, but better reminder to keep my head down and keep building
I have no other goals set besides bulldozing everyone else who tries to compete
The more time goes on, the more I realize that the biggest indicator of how successful you’ll be is simply how stubborn you are
It’s really just a game of who can take a worse beating (over and over and over)
And be stubborn enough to keep going
Product > everything
Have spent basically every waking hour the last few weeks working on nothing except improving our product and delivery
It’s the reason we’re able to 2, 3, 5X a business every single time we step in
