Super low volume and not great leads. No intent trigger was just contractors w license scraped emails. Either way, can’t complain.

@jamesonhaslam I already do this specifically to new homeowners. Def does decent. But D2D always prints more. Just a matter of being at the door to sell them as opposed to j a flyer
@SMBDealGuy Ya I see a lot of buyers win based on their relationship w the seller. Seller likes them the most, trusts them to carry on the legacy. Sometimes matters more than just price
