More distraction: new #preprint we posted a little while ago https://t.co/5niFLLkMK5 looks at somatic copy number #evolution in #colorectal#cancer. Suggests a #CNA bottleneck adenoma->cancer, & thereafter CNAs experience #stabilising#selection, remarkably even in mets & chemo.
