It's not supported by the vast majority of Scotland's creel fishermen,who refuse to join SCFF -they don't speak for me

@CreelScff There must be grave concerns for Scotland’s cetaceans with any proposed increase in levels of static gear, I would have thought a substantial reduction in static gear levels in Scottish waters more prudent than any increase. Is an impact assessment on your proposal available?
