Hey @optimum, every time my internet goes out, the temperature has dropped below freezing. Every time I call, the service outage has nothing to do with the possibility of water getting in the lines and freezing, it's because I don't use company owned equipment. 1/

I'm consistently told it's either my wifi extenders (because your routers don't reach top floor), or because I don't use the router built into the modem. The issue is at or near the tap, but because the lines are in a wooded area, your third party techs refuse to check them. 2/
