These three panels just gave us more of insight to Sukuna as a person then we've had in the entire Jujutsu Kaisen series. This man is truly a calamity.
Okay, so I'd say that #JJK238 was certainly a premature end to Kashimo, but I can't say it doesn't make sense. Kashimo basically got Warfed and while that hurts, he did get some badass scenes and thanks to him we know more about Sukuna and just how fucking powerful he truly is.
@le_honored@TheBrokenRonin if you think that that random ass attack was powerful enough to kill sukuna in ONLY that state then you might as well say Kashimo can two or three shot Gojo which is absolutely absurd. Like, how weak do you think Sukuna is at this point?
@andthatsaprayer oh absolutely, I'm talking solely in relation to what he did with Yuji, if we're talking overall then I'd say it's totally equal, largely because I do not think Kenjaku is capable of having human empathy so lots of the moral issues he'd have with oppressing women wouldn't matter
@andthatsaprayer AMAB and Cis due to the mental trouble a cis man would have going through with all of that, experiencing that body so different from his own, for so long. It'd definitely fuck with MY head if I had to do all that, so I do think he'd be more dedicated if he's Cis and AMAB
quick English translation of a new interview with Akutami Gege, from this week’s issue of Jump
he talks about the role of composition and angles when drawing manga, and the difference between a good drawing and one that’s easy to understand
忌み子 / lit. taboo child
忌み子 were unwanted because they were seen as abominations or curses from the time they were born. due to deformations, circumstances of their birth, or other factors, they’re shunned and deemed curses. hence, why I TL-ed it as cursed child
